FITTING INSTRUCTIONS :

1. Fill a saucepan with 3–4 inches of water and bring it to a boil.
2. Remove the water from the heat and let it stand for 30 seconds. Place the mouth guard in the water for 90 seconds. Do not exceed 90 seconds.
3. Carefully remove the mouth guard using a slotted spoon.
4. Rinse the mouth guard under cold tap water for 1–2 seconds only to cool the surface to a comfortable temperature.
5. Lick your lips before placing the mouth guard into your mouth.
6. Stand in front of a mirror and carefully align the mouth guard with the centre of your upper teeth. Fit it over your upper teeth, pressing firmly into the molars first, then the front teeth.
7. Bring your lower jaw forward and bite down firmly into the mouth guard. Suck in strongly and use your fingers to press the edges of the mouth guard against your teeth and gum line through your lips and cheeks for 20 seconds.
8. Remove the mouth guard and cool it under cold tap water for 30 seconds. Place it back in your mouth and check for a firm, secure fit.
9. If the fit is not correct, repeat steps 1–8.
